Absolutely.

I don't see messages or comments. Why don't you have those?
Capture information from conversations on tasks and user stories. We'll also be adding project wikis in our next update.

How can I be sure that your company won't copy the ideas that I post to your apps?
We have made our plans publicly available for all to see. Here's what's on the agenda:
- Monetiz'd: invoicing and time tracking
- Simple CRM
- Accounting application
- Business intelligence dashboard - as a front-end to all the apps
- SSO - single sign-on, for use in all of our apps
That's where we're headed. If you look at our support site and read our blog, you will see the level of transparency with which we are operating. Much more than any company out there. It is our belief that operating in such a way will ultimately serve us, and our customers better. If we started stealing ideas from our customers, that would come out extremely quickly, and put us out of business. We also have what we feel is a solid privacy policy in place.

How can I be sure that your engineers won't see my ideas (say, during maintenance)... and then when they're out at the bar... bring up stuff they saw into to the conversation?
Our full-time employees have access to the production site, and are under a strict NDA. In addition, all other development teams that is working on our products don't have access to the production sites (and therefore data), and they are also under a strict NDA. We have a corporate attorney that has helped us create all of our legal documents.

How can I be sure that when you're demoing your products that you wont use my user account in your demonstration?
Frankly, that would be stupid on our part. We set up our own demo account for one user that asked for it, and input fake data using an e-commerce application as the project. We generally don't do product demos (since we have our videos on the tour page), but if we do, we run it locally rather than relying on the Internet, and use demo data.
